AGM - Sunday 20th June, 11am
Dear Member,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for the Central Coast Regional Appaloosa Club Inc, will be held on Sunday 20th June, at the residence of 2 Beckford Road (Cnr Reservior & Beckford Rd), Ourimbah, commencing at 11.00am.

We will be announcing the High Point Winners on the day, but due to lack of funds we are, at this point, unable to purchase trophies.

However, we have received a date from Bunnings to hold a fundraising BBQ at their Tuggerah Store on Father's Day Sunday 5th September. We would love anyone to offer some of their time on the day.

This Fund Raising day will enable us to purchase trophies.

We are also working with Tall Timbers Pony Club to hold a Car Boot Sale on their grounds to raise further funds.

At the conclusion of the AGM we will be providing a BBQ lunch, please RSVP for catering!.

Anyone wishing to forward a Nomination and cannot make it on the day, please forward to our PO Box, all positions will be declared vacant.

PS: To save on postage and printing, we are not posting out Membership Forms for the new season, the Membership Form can be printed off our website. If you do not have computer access, please let me know and a Form can be posted to you. Last season we had a lot of Forms which were not completed and not neatly filled out, creating contact problems. Forms will NOT be accepted if incomplete, including full horse (if Reg.) details and not legible.
